Terms of Service

By accessing or using GBP King ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users, subscribers, and administrators.

GBP King is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for Google Business Profile. The Service includes a web dashboard, Chrome extension, AI post generators, review reply tools, Q&A generators, and bulk content creation tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with Single Location plan features. No credit card required to start a trial. Trial access expires automatically after 7 days.

Single Location Plan ($8.99/month): Allows management of 1 business location. Bulk post generation is limited to 7 days of content per calendar month. Unlimited use of post generator, review reply generator, and Q&A generator.

Agency Plan ($199.99/month): Allows management of up to 5 business locations. Unlimited bulk content generation. All features included.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Plan limits are strictly enforced. Attempting to circumvent plan limits, including through multiple accounts, automated abuse, or other means, is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

We reserve the right to automatically block access to features that exceed your plan limits and to prompt you to upgrade your subscription.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate spam, deceptive, or misleading content; (b) violate Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile policies; (c) infringe intellectual property rights; (d) harass, threaten, or harm others; (e) upload malware or malicious code; (f) engage in any illegal activity.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

The GBP King platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by GBP King and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Content you generate using the Service is owned by you. You retain all rights to your business data entered into the platform.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that requires review before publication. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by the Service.

GBP King does not guarantee that AI-generated content will comply with Google's policies or achieve specific SEO results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GBP KING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBP King, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By creating an account, you consent to receiving automated transactional emails from GBP King, including a welcome email upon registration and a follow-up feedback request email sent a few days after signup. These emails are sent to help you get started and to improve our Service.

You may opt out of non-essential automated emails at any time by visiting your Profile settings or by contacting us at privacy@gbprofileking.com. Transactional emails related to billing, security, and account activity cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Feedback submitted in response to our feedback emails is used solely to improve GBP King and is not shared with third parties.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
